Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Management

• Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

• Monitor cash flow, revenue, and expenses

2. eCommerce Accounting

• Reconcile transactions from online sales channels (website, marketplaces, payment gateways)

• Track and report revenue from multiple payment methods (COD, e-wallets, bank transfers)

• Handle refunds, returns, and chargebacks accounting

3. Tax & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with Vietnamese accounting standards (VAS) and tax regulations

• Prepare and submit VAT, CIT, and PIT filings

• Coordinate with auditors and tax authorities when needed

4. Inventory & Cost Control

• Monitor inventory accounting and cost of goods sold (COGS)

• Work closely with operations to ensure accurate stock valuation

5. Process Improvement

• Identify and implement improvements in accounting processes and systems

• Support automation of financial workflows where possible

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Minimum 2–4 years of accounting experience (eCommerce/retail experience is a plus)

• Strong understanding of Vietnamese tax laws and accounting standards

• Experience with accounting software (e.g., MISA, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets

• Good English communication skills (written and verbal preferred)

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Experience in eCommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, etc.)

• Knowledge of payment gateway reconciliation

• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment
