Job Summary
The Vietnamese–English Bilingual Real Estate Virtual Assistant provides administrative, customer support, and transaction coordination assistance to real estate professionals. This role requires strong bilingual communication skills to support Vietnamese- and English-speaking clients while ensuring smooth real estate operations, lead management, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Client Communication & Support
- Serve as a primary point of contact for Vietnamese- and English-speaking buyers, sellers, tenants, and agents
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, SMS, and CRM platforms in both languages
- Schedule property showings, consultations, and follow-ups
- Translate and interpret real estate communications, documents, and messages accurately
Administrative & Transaction Support
- Assist with listing preparation, document organization, and contract coordination
- Manage calendars, appointments, and transaction timelines
- Prepare and update forms, agreements, and disclosures (non-legal)
- Track deadlines and ensure documentation completeness
CRM & Lead Management
- Enter, update, and manage leads in CRM systems (e.g., Follow Up Boss, LionDesk, HubSpot, kvCORE, or similar)
- Conduct outbound follow-ups to nurture leads and confirm interest
- Tag, segment, and maintain accurate client records
Marketing & Listings Support
- Assist with MLS data entry and listing updates
- Coordinate with photographers, staging teams, and vendors
- Support marketing efforts such as email campaigns, social media posts, and property flyers
- Ensure listings are accurate across platforms
General Virtual Assistance
- Perform data entry and reporting tasks
- Support internal team coordination
- Maintain confidentiality of client and business information
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English (spoken and written)
- Experience as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant, Real Estate Admin, or similar role preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and professionalism
- Reliable internet connection and remote work setup
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with US real estate processes and terminology
- Experience using MLS systems and real estate CRMs
- Knowledge of transaction coordination workflows
- Background supporting real estate agents, brokers, or property managers
