Position OverviewWe are seeking a Sales Manager who can lead a small, friendly team in delivering an exceptional shopping experience. The ideal candidate loves MINISO characters, enjoys customer interaction, and thrives in a tidy, cute, and energetic retail environment.
Responsibilities- Lead, train, and support a small retail team
- Assist customers and introduce them to MINISO characters & best-selling products
- Maintain a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing store
- Oversee daily store operations and inventory management
- Drive sales goals and ensure excellent customer service
- Manage staff schedules, task delegation, and store opening/closing
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistent with Miniso branding
- Handle customer concerns professionally and positively
What We’re Looking For- Retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Positive, friendly, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to keep the store “cute, clean, and fun”
- Reliable, responsible, and dedicated
- Flexible availability (weekends, evenings, holidays as needed)
- Passion for MINISO characters and cute products is a plus!
